Schools compete to cycle most in Cycle September

September 2021 is Cycle September and MK schools, along with MK businesses, are competing to cycle the most rides and miles. Results will be updated weekly in the table below. Prizes will be given at the Mayor’s Awards Ceremony on Station Square, 5pm Thursday 30th September (categories below). (See Mayor’s Awards for Bike Month June).

There are two schools competitions, one for students and one for staff.

SCHOOLS’ STAFF COMPETITION

To participate, register your school as a workplace (those highlighted below have already registered), then encourage colleagues to register as individuals…and ride!  Love To Ride has produced these Staff Engagement Pack to help encourage your colleagues. See competition leader board below.

SCHOOLS’ STUDENT COMPETITION (secondary schools only)

To enable your students to participate, first register your school as a students’ club/group (schools highlighted below have already registered), then encourage students to register as individuals…and ride!  Here is a poster you can display at the bike shed. See competition leader board below.
