  • 11.15  Power analysis – each group produces and presents chart showing relative Power and Interest of relevant individuals and organisations
  • 11.45 Stick person – groups identify lead power holder and draw his/her stick person showing their interests
  • 12.15 LUNCH
  • 12.45  SMART goals – groups prioritise issues, draft and present SMART goals
  • 1.30  Role play negotiation with power holder
  • 2.00  Next steps – agree survey actions re Leaders Forum 13.11.18.
