Silvia Gurau (pictured fifth from right) is Deputy Head Girl of MK Academy.  In June 2015 she attended the national 6-day training led by Citizens UK at The Open University.  Afterwards she said:

“I found the 6 day training really rewarding.  I had the chance to find out about other people’s ideas regarding the community issues my school is  dealing with.

“I also improved my listening and organising skills and also I gained a good foundation on what a good leader should do.

“I got the chance to meet some amazing people that inspired me along the way.”
